OUR COMMUNITY
APX Construction is successful in large part because of the relationships we develop with our community. We strive to really understand our clients, what is important to them, and how we can help. It was one special relationship that inspired us to get involved with our community at a new level.
We met the Li family last fall. During construction, we got to know their family, including their adorable son who attends Millburn Cooperative Nursery School.
Y. Li shared with us that the school needed help with their annual fundraiser to keep this great school self-sufficient.
APX Construction decided to get involved. We funded the location for the event at the local Congregational Church in Millburn. We also brought in a terrific, local, childrens guitarist, Bill Deltz. With the location and main entertainment in place, other volunteers, organizations, and businesses could work together to create an afternoon of fun activities and treats. Families came together to participate and raise funds to keep the school running. The event was a lot of fun and a great success.
